A Guide to the Use of Facilities by the Library

■ Operating hours

■ Purpose

- A space for class support services for group discussions and presentation preparation, as well as for all school groups and
  clubs for debate learning (not for lecture use)

■ Location

- Study Rooms 1~5: Inside the 6th Reading Room
- Study Rooms 6~13: Creative Discussion Lounge

■ Room Capacity

- Study Room 1: Maximum 12 people
- Study Rooms 2~13: Maximum 6 people

■ Reservation system Guide

- 1-hour unit reservation once per day, up to a maximum of 2 hours (Reservation period: From 7 days before to the day of)
- Reservation Method: Visit Sejong University Library website > User Services > Reserve Study Room (direct link)

■ Precautions

- Can be used by at least half of the room’s capacity (Enter the student ID of accompanying users)
- Exit 10 minutes prior (clean-up time for the next team)

* Usage restrictions may apply if the room is not cleaned properly or if the facilities are damaged. *
